Clubhouse
A great place for birthday parties! Newly renovated holds 50 or more with doors open. Banquet tables are available. $150 per day RENTAL FEE.
Additionally, there is a security deposit of $350 and a cleaning fee deposit for $150. Both of these are refundable if the clubhouse is cleaned up after the event and there is no damage done to the property.
